얘도 언젠가 부터 집에 있던 포켓몬스터 꼬부기 피규어이다. 인터넷을 검색해보니 최소 2021년도 이전에 나온 피규어 같은데, 도색 퀄리티를 보면 아마 조금 더 오래되지 않았을까 추측해본다. 잠자는 포켓몬 혹은 잘자요 포켓몬 시리즈로 추측된다. 

꼬부기가 납작하게 누워서 눈을 감고 자고있는 조형인데 팔, 다리를 쫙 펴고 대자로 뻗어서 자고있는게 참 귀엽다. 조형이 애니메이션처럼 잘 나와서 조형 퀄리티는 좋은 편인데 도색이 살짝 탁해서 아쉽다. 꼬부기가 하색이 아닌 약간 민트색 색감이다. 1997년 방영했던 오리지널 포켓몬스터 애니메이션 시리즈에 등장하는 색감이다. 이것만 봐도 상당히 오래된 제품인 것 같은 느낌이다. 

밑면은 납작하게 되어있어서 바닥에 촥! 달라 붙는다. 꼬리 부분에 닌텐도, 포켓몬스터 로고가 양각으로 되어있어서 정품은 확실하다. 개인적으로 만족스러운 피규어인데 도대체 어디서 왔니..?

[ENGLISH VERSION]

This is another Pokémon Squirtle figure that has somehow been around my house for as long as I can remember. After searching online, it seems to be a figure released sometime before 2021 at the latest, though judging by the paint quality, I suspect it might actually be older. It’s most likely part of the Sleeping Pokémon or Good Night Pokémon series.

The figure shows Squirtle lying completely flat on its stomach with its eyes closed, peacefully asleep. The way its arms and legs are stretched out wide makes it incredibly cute. The sculpt itself is nicely done and captures the animation style very well, so the overall sculpt quality is quite good. However, the paint is slightly dull, which is a bit disappointing. Instead of a bright blue, Squirtle has a faint mint-colored tone — similar to the coloration seen in the original Pokémon anime series that aired in 1997. That alone makes the figure feel like a fairly old release.

The bottom of the figure is completely flat, so it sits firmly on any surface. On the tail, the Nintendo and Pokémon logos are embossed, which confirms that it’s an official product. Personally, I really like this figure… but honestly, where did you even come from?
